Tuesday, December 6 – Members are welcome to pick up their badges between 6-8 p.m. We will have armed police security available for peace of mind, and security. We will be accepting armored shipment deliveries, badge pickups, and safe lockups. You are welcome to use any armored shipping company of your choice. If you need service please contact us and we will help you prepare your shipment to arrive safely.

Wednesday, December 7 – Day 1 of the WWT show. Trade show opens at 9 a.m. to buyers and closes at 5 p.m.

Show opens at 7:30 a.m. to booth holders and VIP members ONLY!
8 a.m. to table holders and early entry buyers only. Limit one dealer per table.
9 a.m. is attendee entry and official show start time.

Thursday, December 8 – Day 2 of the WWT show. Opens at 9 a.m. to buyers and exhibitors. Show closes at 5 p.m.

For any special request, deluxe or suite upgrades, please contact the hotel directly. Please note that a credit card is required to guarantee each room. Individual callers must identify their affiliation with the Watch and Jewelry Show. Guaranteed reservations within the group block that are “No Shows” or cancelled less then seventy-two (72) hours prior to guest arrival, will be assessed a charge of one night’s room and tax.

Rates cannot be changed at check in or check out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Reservation requests after the cut off date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

GROUP ROOM RATES

We are delighted to offer you the special rate of $159.00, EP, Single/Double occupancy. Deluxe rooms are available an additional fee of $25.00 and Suites are available at an additional fee of $75.00. Rates are net, non-commissionable and apply per night. Subject to state and local tax, currently at 13%. In addition, should your guests require a Rollaway Bed, there will be an additional charge of $20.00 per day, per bed (available on selected rooms only).

PRE AND POST STAY RATES

In addition, the above-mentioned rates shall be in effect for your attendees three (3) days before and after the main arrival/departure dates, subject to the availability of the hotel.
