Las Vegas Jewelry Show and Watch Show – September 24-25, 2016

*Please Note* All WWT trade show prepaid prices end 5 days before each show- Prepaid rate cut off for this show will be on September 19th, 2016. All registrations online or at the door will be subject to the posted late setup fees and wait times must be expected!

Parking: Flamingo offers valet parking services as well as self-parking in a covered garage at no charge. To reach the parking garage or valet, head east on Flamingo Road, turn left onto LINQ Lane (across from the side of Bally’s) then your first left.

Friday, September 23rd – Members are welcome to pick up their badges between 6-8 p.m. We will have armed police security available for peace of mind, and security. We will be accepting armored shipment deliveries, badge pickups, and safe lockups.  You are welcome to use any armored shipping company of your choice. If you need service please contact us and we will help you prepare your shipment to arrive safely. There will be no table setup allowed. This day and time is strictly for armored shipments, badge pickups, safe deposit box lockup and VIP member setup.

Saturday, September 24th –  Official WWT show day-

• Show opens at 7:30 a.m. to booth holders and VIP members
• 8 a.m. to table holders and early entry buyers only. Limit one dealer per table.
• 9 a.m. is attendee entry.

Sunday, September 25th – Show opens 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. TO ALL members buyers and exhibitors.
