Kissimmee, FL Watch Show – Thursday, March 12 & Friday March 13, 2015 (Preceding the NAWCC Florida Regional)

Come and join us at our highly anticipated watch show in Kissimmee, Florida! This watch show will precede the NAWCC Florida Regional. The WWT will be providing showcase and safe rentals for the NAWCC show. NAWCC members are welcome to stay at our host hotel for the same rates as WWT. If you plan to exhibit at the NAWCC  and need showcases or safes, please make sure you add additional safes and showcases to your registration. Our host hotel has extended excellent rates to WWT members . Please book your rooms today, they will go fast!  Please pre-register to guarantee your space and entries. Also please let us know if you would like to add hotel rooms to when registering for the show and we can make the hotel reservation for you.

Show Schedule as Follows:

Wednesday, March 11th ( Badge pick up and safe drop) – Members are welcome to pick up their badges between 6-8 p.m. We will have armed police security available for peace of mind and security. We will be accepting armored shipment deliveries, badge pickups, and safe lockups.  You are welcome to use any armored shipping company of your choice. WWT has negotiated special rates with Dunbar armored shipping. If you need service please contact us and we will help you prepare your shipment to arrive safely.

Thursday, March 12th ( First day of the show) – The show will open at 7:30 a.m. for booth holders, 8 a.m. for table holders. Buyers/Atendees will be able to enter at 9 a.m. The show runs until 5 p.m.

Also WWT has added a new incentive for NAWCC members wishing to attend the WWT show. We have a special FREE 10 a.m.  entry to WWT Kissimmee show for NAWCC members only. ( must present  NAWCC membership card for FREE 10a.m. entry)

Friday, March 13th ( Second day of the show) – Show opens at 9 a.m. for everyone (dealers and buyers). The show ends at 5 p.m.

Hotel group rate pricing is as follows-

Two queen sized beds- $95.00 per night. ( Disney View Guestrooms upon request and availability )

One King sized bed- $95.00 per night. ( Disney View Guestrooms upon request and availability )

The usual $15 per night resort fee has been waived for all WWT members. You still get all of the amenities without paying the daily resort fees!

Rooms are subject to availability and reservations must be made in advance.  The cut- off date for the above rates is on Tuesday, February 17, 2015.
